“The item is fine, but I very explicitly and repeatedly told them I needed it by a certain date and they seemed to agree but than didn't ship until it was definitely to late. I even offered to cancel the order if they couldn't fulfill it in time and they said nothing, just sent it late and I didn't have the retractable banner for a major black friday / small biz saturday market.”
