“I reached out to them because I was in dire need of a banner for my event. I had told them for what day I needed it, someone messaged me and told me they would be my "designer" all the proofs they were sending were awful. I ended up sending what I envisioned, I even sent a blank one so they could fill it out fearing mine was low resolution. They fixed it and I approved it. A couple days later when I received the item I was so disappointed. The colors are not vibrant at all if I could say there's literally no color in the banner, the black does not look black either. I will attach photos if I get the option. Also the quality in the Instagram & Facebook logo was so bad. I reached out and my only option was to cut my banner in half for full refund I offered to send it back so they can fix it & they said no. So unprofessional.”
