So I knew there was nowhere else that I would purchase my banner from when the time came. My banner is gorgeous! And it's perfect I received it super fast, it seemed almost like overnight! “I am disappointed in the lack of effort put into my design. I created a mockup because the field I work in is niche- a hair stylist who specializes in locs. I asked them to add a professional touch and the mockup that was provided was a mirror image of what I did, my services were misspelled and misaligned. The mockup I provided had those errors but for the little effort done I expected them to play around with different fonts, formats, spacing but at the very least proofreading if they weren't going to even try to go creatively further than me. I'm delighted with what I designed but I couldn't used a cheaper vendor.”
“Did not receive this item. Canceled order due to not receiving a proof in a timely manner. First proof came quickly but was not to my liking, day went by than asked when will I receive a revised proof, StickerTitans seemed to have an attitude and replied, when it is available. After 3 full days of not receiving the revised proof, I messaged back stating if the proof would not be available by the next day at 10am than cancel. StickerTitans replied he would cancel. StickerTitans did not even try to make it "right" by even offering to get the proof to me. I will not order from StickerTitans ever again. Impressive luck to you if you ever place an order. Maybe your experience will be better than mine was.”
