“This didn't come with instructions so that was a huge hassle trying to figure it out initially. I did email the company and they sent me a video on how to do it. It would have been nice to have something included in the box thought!
If your banner is printed on to thick of a vinyl it will not fit in this stand. We had a hard time with ours and had to cut the ends off it as they were folded over and stitched, making it to thick. Once we cut those off, it did fit perfectly.
It's kind of cheaply made, the stand, but for the price you really can't be to picky!”
“This is an ok stand, didn't receive the size I ordered so had to order another poster. After a few times using it, maybe 4 or 5 times, it no longer retracts all the way, we have to manually stick our finger in the side to roll the remaining poster n2 the case which takes time to do after you have packed up for the day. It's also extremely light so it always blows down or away if we are doing an outside event and it's windy, you will need to stabilize it some way.”
“Really excellent at responding. Helpful when making changes. Quality is better than expected. My only disappointment was that one of the colors in my retractable banner was different than what I ordered. I will give them another try”
