“I sent in A file of the banner I wanted made and was later contacted by someone that the file could not be used and they would have to remake it. So I compromised and said it was okay. They then sent me the file of A banner I approved only to receive the banner and it to be something completely different that I did not approve!”
“The stand was very easy to manage and the video gave great instructions on how to put this together. Everything went flawless. The only negative was the zipper on the carry case was VERY difficult to open and close but the product is perfect and so far so excellent.”
