His supplier for the retractable banner was not terribly cooperative with him, so he went to bat for me and got this order right. So often, I feel we as customers receive the bottom-of-the-barrel in service, but that was not at all the case in working with Stickertitans. He wanted to make sure I was absolutely 100% satisfied with the end product, even if the process of getting me that product caused him aggravation in working with a less-than-cooperative supplier. I wholeheartedly recommend this stickertitans seller and this product!”
“This stand is awesome and super easy to set up. It doesn't come with directions but There is a video there: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kc7IMJaMqUk. It took minutes to set up and looks great! I just set it up so who knows how it will hold up, but for now I love it! My banner is from Vistaprint and it's the thinner material that would crease easily, not the sturdy outdoor thick material. Works perfect for this stand.”
