“I recently bought this stand for some trade shows I attend and even looking at the installation videos I can get this to work. The strip to hold the top of the stand seems to not have a clamping mechanism to hold the banner so it seems to be useless. It seems as though I don't have the right parts for this.
This is an update.
As stated before the product I received was not sent as shown. Some of the parts were absolutely inferior to what was advertised. When I went to their website the top clamping bar was different and the back bar to hold the sign up was also inferior. After sitting on the floor nor a month and not being able to use the stand for 2 of my trade shows, I had to reorder the top clamping bar without any compensation from their website. This is even thought they sent me the wrong item, just so that my money would not be wasted all together on this item. I do several trade shows a year and would need to buy another banner stand but I will not be ordering from this company again.”
