“The quality of the item was GREAT! The picture was clear, the font was very professional, the way it was packaged was very nice!! And easy to set up! The only issue I had was, I ordered over a Month before my event, I never came back to confirm the preview so they never shipped it off. Since they don't offer refunds, the best thing to do for a customer who paid in full and send you exactly what to put on, do it and send it off!!! After a couple times without a response, the order should have been shipped. If I didn't like it, it wouldn't matter since they don't offer exchanges either. I lost out on an additional $30 because by the time they made contact with me, my order was not shipped and my event was the following week. I paid extra for expedited shipping.”
