“It doesn't come with any instructions. Trying to get the clear plastic piece out of the stand to connect our banner to it was extremely difficult. (There are no specifications for printing out your own banner either, we just had to guess). While we were trying to figure out how to get the clear plastic piece out, we noticed that the retracting mechanism inside the base was already broken. Needless to say, it doesn't retract at all. We never even got to see if our banner would fit in it correctly.
According to their website you have just 2 days from delivery to report a broken item. We didn't open the box until a week after it arrived because we were out of town. We are making a claim to see if anything can be done about our product. But that's not going to help us with our conference next week. We have a banner but no stand... The whole experience has been disappointing and frustrating.”
