“Website gave a delivery date during check-out - different shipping charges for different dates based on service used. I chose the first option, ground shipping and paid the extra for supposed delivery date of September 14th. Packages didn't arrive unitl Sept 22nd - AFTER THE EVENT I NEEDED the racks for.”
