The 3 inch Chrome Swedge Stem is perfect for adding a sign to chrome racks. This stem is 3 inches long and threaded on one end to attach a frame. The swedge stem attaches to the rack without using a clamp or base and can be easily moved from one chrome rack to another. The swedge stem is not compatible with boutique racks.
