“This item!! Will you look at the price?!! This holder clips on to shelves, display racks & more! We used it for a fundraising art event. We clipped it on the top of the art display wall & used it to display the artists' names. These smart clips hold tight, can have signs or pictures slid in at the top for display, & also the head can tilt & tip all the way around to fit whatever you need it to do! Look at this price!! You will not find a less expensive item anywhere, that works as perfectly! Get it!”
