“The product is great and works great, but I had ordered the product on a Tuesday and at checkout it gave me a more expensive shipping option to get here sooner and I selected to receive by that Thursday. Thursday came and went and I had no package. I had to call to check on the package and it had never left the hub. I informed her that I paid a little extra to get it sooner and she informed me that they have one shipping rate and all orders are received by 48 hours. She ordered me another set of hangers and I didn't receive them until the following Tuesday. Hopefully this was just a fluke, but I am hesitant to order through them again.”
