“We bought about 200 of these a few months ago and we have already lost about 50 because the metal part of the hanger pops out. They are not strong enough to hold wedding gowns, or even some of our cocktail dresses. I would not recommend this product. They look good but do not last more than a few months.”

“We bought about 5-600 of these for our store, and another 500 of the pants hangers. The quality is OK, but the shortfall is in the design of the "HOOK." It is a "twist in," which means that with repetitive use by customers & re-loading clothes onto them, the hook loosens & eventually falls out. This doesn't happen all the time, but customers often put clothing back on the hanger in the wrong direction, so you often twist the top instead of turning the garment around ... to save time. We are constantly trying to screw them back in & sometimes over-tighten them, which only adds to the end problem. A better solution would be to have the base of the hook go completely through the bamboo, where a fastened tip would prevent it from coming loose, while allowing for the "hook" part to turn freely, with some resistance. Also the neck/hook is too thin to properly hold in place the small size discs you can put on them, so they are constantly sliding up toward the top & often popping of as customers move clothes around, or when being stored.”

“These arrived the next day! I'm impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the hangars. They give a professional look to my closet.
