“I was pretty excited about receiving this because my laundry room and closet are FULL of hangers, but when it arrived there was/is only 1 of the bars that holds the hangers, along with the bottom platform. When trying to log back into my account, it's a neverending 'forgot password/reset password' (despite my password being saved on my device and not being an issue while ordering) so I'm stuck with it?
