“I thought it would come as white, but when I opened the box they were black! This kind of disappointed me especially since it says "white wire grid panels". Light colors are supposed to be my theme, and black would ruin it. The grids themselves are fine.”

“The webpage lists plastic clips as a feature, but they arrived with no clips. Nowhere does it say "sold separately". When I called, they told me that the clips are 25 CENTS EACH. So, my grids are held together by zip ties. WTF.”
