“Very disappointed. We ordered 3 sets of the grid screen. Although it was delivered within 2 days, it was missing 2 sets of brackets and screws and instructions were not included. After calling your store, we were told that the missing parts would be shipped immediately. We were assured these parts would arrive by the date of our event (8/23). They did not and we had to rush to Home Depot to find similar parts to fit. The parts finally arrived 2 days later.”
