“I needed several items for slat walls and searched "slat wall" for a list of items. After I received my order I found that the sale sign holders were actually for grid wall. The wrong item was listed in the search, and I overlooked the description before I ordered assuming my search had showed the correct item list. Luckily I posted my item for sale on our business page for another associate with my reason and saved a friend from the same mistake. She had done the same search, added the same sign holder among other items, but hadn't completed her order.”

“I've purchased quite a bit from Store Supply the last couple years and in one of my last orders two faceouts were damaged and one item missing. A simple phone call and the situation was resolved. Three replacement items were received two days later! A couple days after that I received a follow-up call to check if the replacement order arrived OK. Now THAT'S service! In today's day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, it's nice to find a place that sincerely cares for their customers! I have, and will continue to recommend these folks to others who are looking for quality stuff at a decent price.”
