“The first one arrived broken and was quickly replaced by the company. The second broke when being installed on the slatwall panel. This is a very attractive fixture but the small plastic piece anchoring it to slatwall is too fragile and needs to be reinforced. I did not contact the company about the second break because I don't want another of these. I'm more than satisfied with the quality of the other products I've bought from Store Supply. This is an anomaly.”

“We bought these T-bars to display our collars at a festival. 2x of them broke during shipping. Store Supply quickly fixed this problem. However, more of them broke during our first festival we used them for. A couple of them broke during transportation and they generally do not fit to your gridwall securely enough. I would not recommend this product because it is not sturdy and strong enough to handle the vigors of packing, display, and unpacking for a festival.”
