“I love the look of this bin, but I had to order several replacements as they arrived broken. I used one at a market and by the end of they day it was snapped - they are just too delicate for my needs.”

“My first order was great. When I ordered a second one it came with the end pieces snapped off. SSW was very helpful and immediately replaced, but the replacement came broken. They replaced again, and then again and finally one came in tact but the ends are loose. I think there is a quality issue with this batch. Customer service has been excellent, but I cannot recommend this product - which is a shame because the first one was awesome.”

“I ordered 36 of these storage bins. I've received just 18 of them, and 10 arrived busted or badly cracked. Some of the units should have fail quality assurance as they are clear incorrectly assembled. Literally some of the unit slot wall hooks are glued on more than 45 degrees crooked. I called customer support and they agreed to ship new ones, but I am skeptical that they will arrive I damaged or in good condition. Ending on a positive note, customer service has been excellent.”

“I was surprised how our handmade stationary looked in these bins. Even our handmade beaded bookmarks look good. The bins give an organized look to the shop and fit the grid wall panel nicely.”

“I have ordered these in the past and we loved the way they performed. We have had issues with them being fragile so light duty only. Super glue works great with plastic however.”
