“Super product! But out of the 12 that I have ordered, only 6 have arrived undamaged and usable. Need to find a more reliable way to ship these. If the slatwall hanger tabs are broken, product is useless. Even the one time I complained, and received 4 new replacements at no cost, only 3 of those replacements were not damaged in shipping. Good product, just need better packing when shipping!”

“I ordered ten of these to display trail maps in my bike shop. Price was good, shipping was prompt, but I was quite disappointed to finnd three of the ten broken. A phone call to Store Supply Warehouse had replacements on the way, no questions and no charge. I judge more on how a company reacts to a problem than to the problem itself, and I will continue to do business here.”

“This is our second shipment. First shipment I only ordered 6 and 2 of them were broken. The second time I ordered I ordered more and there I believe is 3 broken. The part that goes into the slat wall broke in shipping. Maybe if there was some way that you could put something on them to protect the ends.”
