“Slatewall is great, but your shipping fee was high, and the third party guy you used was not easy to work with. My instructions for delivery never stated that I needed a forklift, just a loading dock. He seemed irritated that I didn't have a forklift and was not very helpful with communicating unloading the slatwall. He also didn't tell me that once the product was off the truck that I couldn't inspect it for damages because it was not returnable after it came off the truck.”

“The screw just tears through the slatwall when trying to install, had to add washer”

“You may not call it particle board, but I would! It is so heavy! When you put the straps on it why would you put the straps directly on the particle board. We accepted the package because it looked fine, but when we cut the green straps it was broken underneath the straps.”
