“It was all damage i had to refuse it”

“2 sets have been shipped to me. The first one was cracked down the middle in transit so they sent a replacement set and those are also cracked down the middle. I'm currently waiting on a third set and hope they come in not damaged. If they do we will have to cancel and go another route. This is messing up my timeline on opening.”

“I recently purchased the brushed aluminum slatwall. I thought the aluminum would be much stronger than wood slatwall material I used previously. When the aluminum slatwall arrived it was wood slatwall with an faux aluminum surface. No where on the website did I see any reference to the fact that it was not aluminum. I refused the order. A couple days later I received a call saying I would have to pay for the return shipping charges. At the time of the call I was ok with helping with the freight charges, but in hindsight I feel the product was falsely advertised on the website and I should not be on the hook for any part of the bill. I feel I was deliberately mislead concerning this product.”
