“This was our second order of this slatwall. We like the product but it came damaged this time. We only realized today when we opened it; you couldn't tell from the outside until it was opened. I'm actually going to contact customer service today to see if we can get a small refund due to the damages.”

“They did not arrive at our store in good shape. Mishandling or not packaged properly for transit the slat walls were chipped or edges, length wise = 8', were smeared.”
