“You might think that you can't go wrong with slat wall hooks, but let me tell you that you can. I ordered "96 Slat Wall Notch Hooks" on Amazon. I received 66 grid wall notch hooks and 13 slat wall notch hooks (these things are not interchangeable). And no, I didn't miscount. The things were banged up (fine, whatever) and scratched; they were delivered in a box that looked like it had been out for more than a few deliveries. I sent it back and tried Store Supply Warehouse. I got just what I ordered, they are in as pristine shape as any metal bits that bang against each other could hope to be, and the shipment included a tiny bag of sweets -- a really thoughtful little "thank you" in a world of mass consumption and web orders.”
