“They should be packed a little different. I received a couple of the with broken peg prongs on them.”

“I ordered three shelves and one had the lil posts snapped off during shipping. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice woman, forgot her name, but she sent me out two more shelves cuz they break all the time. Thank you! I used the two that weren't broke at a show and they held up very well.”

“While I think it's strange the pegs are only in the center, when placing product in a balanced way, the shelf stays nicely in place”

“These shelves tilt down almost 45 degrees when inserted into the peg wall making them useless for any kind of storage..... that is if you can get them into the peg wall without the hooks breaking off. Absolute garbage, do not buy. Store Supply should pull these out of inventory immediately to save other customers the headache of buying such a faulty product. The only positive to this experience is that Store Supply did end up refunding me for these items (only after asking me to return on my own dime).”

“A quarter of these arrived broken and another quarter broke when I hung them on the wall. They are too inexpensive to bother returning but I would never buy these again.”

“Shelves look great IF you can attach them without breaking the acrylic pegs. I broke 8 out of 12 shelves.”

“We like the shelf though the pegs are not strong enough. the shelves we bought in the past have the pegs break off though we to handle with care try when moving them”

“I have bought approximately 20 of these shelves in various sizes and they are perfect for pegboards. I am a crafter and I have many ink stamps that are now all visible because of these acrylic shelves. Great product!”
