“It was left out of order and something much better sent. I really didn’t need the trays and they gave me a credit for it. They told me to keep the necklace displays they sent in error so a huge plus for me. They always back up their products, etc. Great organisation.”

“I love that inserts. Perfect case for rings and smaller brooches. If you have on-line store (and do not need to move them around), you can use them without sturdy tray. Wish you have all you inserts in various neutrals colors, or at least in light grey.”

“Some of my inserts were damaged due to poor packaging and/or lack of inspection. I sent email to customer service. Gave them the info the requested and have yet to receive a response. Let alone a solution!”
