“I had originally bought 3 of these stands, but when they arrived I saw that 1 was broken. I tried to fix it, but the shaft had snapped off at the base & there was no repairing it. I called their toll-free number and was pleasantly surprised to get a real live human being on the 1st try, a very nice one at that. So thank you Molly, I got my replacement in just a couple of days & it's perfect! And what was going to be bad review has turned into the best endorsement possible for your company. Keep up the great customer service!!”
