“After finally assembling the tiers together, there was no room left on the wire posts to put the black top on them, let alone the nuts required to hold the display together. On each corner of every single shelf, there was an excess of a rough plastic ridge (from 1/16 to 1/8th of an inch) preventing a tight fit. So, we disassembled the whole thing and had to grind the ridge off each corner of each shelf and start assembling all over again. Since I bought two of these displays, I still have to face unpacking the other one. It's a great way to display my earrings, but really shabby workmanship. I previously purchased two of the 17" shelves from you, and had a similar problem, but not nearly as bad as this one.”
