“I ordered the product but ended up canceling it because my jewelry card comes with a hole in it already so this wouldn’t work The company was very helpful with catching the truck to stop delivery and refunding my money. I rated the customer service not the product.”

“Very flimsy and poorly made. When the box arrived, the turntable had come unglued from the bottom. Three of the clear plastic squares were broken and had to be glued back together. The holes through the plastic squares had burrs which had to be removed to assemble the rack. One of the four metal corner rods is about 3/8 inch longer than the others so it sticks up. One of the finishing pieces that goes on the top corner arrived broken. Once we were able to glue everything back together and remove the burrs, assembly was easy. The rack does spin well and holds a lot of earrings. I would not recommend this for any use in which you need to disassemble/reassemble or transport frequently as it would not hold up.”
