“The product was broken (glue had separated the parts) on arrival, so we called to return it, but were told not to do so, and that we would be credited a refund.”

“One of the arms was broken on both the replacement as well as the original ordered item. Also, the base was received unglued from bottom on the original as well as the replacement. When a replacement has to be initiated, someone should check to be sure its not broken. I made one good unit out of the two I received and glued the bottom on myself.”

“I liked the convenience of this display, but a replacement made it possible for me to have one (1) working display. My first one was badly damaged although the box did not show damage from shipping. The second arrived and also had damage. However, there were enough parts from the two displays to make one. Thankfully the company did ship a second display. I give the quality of the display a single star but the company gets kudos for customer service.”

“This is exactly what I needed to display my handcrafted earrings at shows in small spaces! The turntable bottom had separated from the base when it arrived although it was well packaged. No problem, just used contact cement to re-attach”
