“This was my first time ordering and it was messed up!!I was not going to order here again!!! I finally contacted your company after I could talk with respect and spoke with Amy and she finally gave me a tracking # for the order a week after ordering and i also gave leeway because i ordered on memorial weekend but by friday,no package and i had been waiting for and needed right away!!I payed more for shipping than the order itself so i was extremely upset!!! I would like you to acknowledge Amy for her help to get my order to me ASAP!!!I deal with shipping all the time she didnt even let me call the shipping company to find the order!!I am also thankful you replaced the order and sent an apology!! It makes me think differently about your company,i understand mistakes happen but this was beyond a mistake but you all made it right and i would now consider ordering from your company again.Please thank Amy personally from me cause she is a big reason my thoughts were changed!!
