“I bought and paid for this, and the item has not arrived. Please send it as soon as possible. Luckily I bought another linen necklace display item on a stand, which I love. I'm hoping I'll like this one just as well. Please advise.”

“Well, my original order arrived without these in the box. Then I called and they sent them the next day, however, the stands we're damaged. The third box arrived with a perfect replacement just in time, the day before I needed them for a vendor tables. It was close, bettwr late than never, I suppose.”
