“The replacement also had a broken rale. I think maybe a bubble sheet would deliver better then the styrofoam that is being used.. Please don't.send another. I have quite enough now. Thank you for all your efforts in trying to satisfy the customer. I am very pleased with your service and would not hesitate to recommend you to others.”
