“This rack gets the job done, once it's put together. The pins tend to stick and the instructions are vague. The screw heads will also strip with the allen wrench. Good for a cheap, durable rack. But a PITA to put together.”

“First off the order took much longer than I expected to receive. Once it arrived, the box was damaged and the plastic packaging was sticking out of it. Fortunately, the rack did not seem to be damaged. Then I tried to assemble it. HAHAHAHA. What a puzzle! I finally figured it out (not much help from the directions) and tried to intall the hanging arms only to discover that I had not assembled it correctly and the arms were not pointing out. So I disassembled it (one of my least favorite things ever), figured out how it should go, and put it back together. This time I did it upside down and it was much easier to work with. I then tightened everything, turned it right side up and put the arms in it. They are very easy to install but they do not fit snuggly and they rattle around. I suppose my customers will notice this when they lift my garments off the rack.”

“I have a pretty extensive wardrobe and needed another commercial type clothes rack. This one is perfect, worth every penny. It is sturdy and was very easy to put together. I will definitely shop here again when I need other items. Very fast delivery too!”
