I purchased these to use on the Chrome Double-Rail Clothing Rack with Z-Brace. First, they are difficult to screw in because the threads are short and the sockets in the rack feet are recessed so there isn't enough space to screw the casters in easily. Second, I didn't realize, except for the threads, they are made entirely of plastic. Third, there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten the threads into the sockets in the feet. If you're able to screw the casters in enough, the metal ends of the feet will sit directly on top of the wheel housing making the caster unable to rotate. I will be returning these.

These casters with brakes are just what I needed for my clothes racks. Mine had no brakes, and were subject to moving.

Purchased these wheels to put on rack we had purchased and one wheel all ready broke just moving around on our floor. Not happy with the quality.....we move our racks around alot to dust ...was hoping these would be durable to handle that.
