“After this order was placed, I was notified of delivery which never happened. I called the company and the service rep (James) said no information was available about what happened......sadly, the item was temporarily out of stock. I contacted FedEx and had my answer. A shipping label had been created but the product never delivered to them. Mistakes are sometimes made but I thought it deceptive not to have been told the truth rather than implying the shipping company was to blame. I had forgotten about the charge on my account so called the next day to make sure I was credited. I spoke to a new rep (Brandon) who advised me the item was available and he could overnight my order. Brandon followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went well and I was happy. Thanks to the extra effort from Brandon, I will remain a customer and have only praise for his excellent customer service.”
