“I ordered 5 items and didn't receive them for days due to a Fed Ex shipping issue. The order got broken down into two shipments. The tracking information wasn't correct so I waited for nothing two days in a row. When I finally received my Part 2 shipment the boxes were very damaged and had been taped several times but still weren't secure. Customer service gave me a partial refund on shipping and is scheduled to resend the damaged items. I still think I should have received a partial credit on my total purchase since it was over $150. This was my first and last time ordering from this company.”

“This rack is exactly what I needed. Affordably priced, and easy to assemble. I like that is isn't "industrial". The half circles on either side of the rod are perfect for holding a few extra hangars. I was a little concerned about the weight of the clothes as it was stated it would hold up to 100 lbs. No problem there! It is very sturdy and solid I would recommend this clothing rack to anyone.”

“I have used many clothing racks for personal use and always dissatisfied. I recently opened an online boutique and needed more storage and display for events. This is superior quality and VERY affordable in comparison to anything of half the quality. Easy to assemble and take down. I have about 150 items hanging and it's completely solid!”
