“We bought a 60 inch rack. It was scheduled for delivery on Monday. Late Sunday night I received a email saying they are out of stock. If they were to be delivered on Monday then I find it very unprofessional and very unacceptable to receive an email on Sunday, not a business day for y’all, saying my products were out of stock. I called Monday morning and was given the impression the size smaller was only a foot shorter and I understood to be 48” wide rather than 60” wide….nope, I got 48” tall racks that my clothes look horrible on. I called this week and ask for s supervisor. The lady on the phone kept asking questions even though I clearly asked for a supervisor yet never sold any problems. I’m not sure if she hung up or if we got disconnected but I’ve never heard back from your company and I’m very disappointed in your company and your new way of doing business. I’m stuck with fixtures that won’t work but I’ve learned my lesson and will take my business elsewhere from now on.”

“This rack is just what I needed to display some scarves we have on sales for outside sidewalk sale. Easy enough to assembly and light enough for us to carrying in and out of store. I have a small boutique so if it's raining, they don't take up too much space either for rainy days. For the price of this rack it's very sturdy. Excellent Value!”

“I'm 5'2 and at 109 lbs this was a bit of a struggle for me. Lining up all the openings and holding up the very heavy top rod was hard but with determination I got it done and it will be an excellent replacement:)”
