“I was not happy that I was unable to assemble my rack upon arrival. The box was damaged in transit and bolts and washers had fallen en route. I looked at the instructions - and they aren't helpful. The picture weren't clear and there were no written (word) instructions. The response from store supply was quick - as I await delivery next week of my hardware.”

“We have bought several rolling racks over the past few years for our Dance Studio. They are very sturdy and easily transported for dance shows. The clips to hold the hanging bar, however are easily broken.”
