Use the optional Add-on Rails for even greater capacity or two-tier hanging. To gain the capacity of a third rack at a fraction of the cost, use our optional tandem rails to span two double-rail racks. Locking or non-locking casters can be added for ease of mobility. “These are perfect for our needs. The shipping boxes did arrive very beat up and were so bad, it appeared the shipper wrapped extra cardboard around them to keep them together. One package of hardware was missing. Must have gotten lost when the box was ripped. Use stronger boxes!”

“I bought two of these racks. They were delivered yesterday and I am just praying that all the pieces are there. Both individual packages were ripped and taped several times. I know this isn't necessarily the place to complain about the way you guys ship things but even the package of colored price tags I ordered two weeks ago came with the tags just thrown loosely in the box. For us to pay such absorbent postage and handling fees, you definitely need to do a better job. If these two racks that I ordered do not have all the pieces, this will be my last order from you.”

“we just bought 6 of these plus one set of connectors for our new Thrift Store location. We love them. They are strong and sturdy and look great. We have set them at the lowest button and added the baskets on top and even our "short" employees can see over them. They were very easy to assemble also.”

“I called this company. Paid using my Master card. I told the woman that I wanted a NEW item. They sent a bruised resealed box. This box came with no instructions, missing some screws, no wheels and not wrapped up in the manufactures plastic. This item was returned by someone else. They never bothered to return ALL of the parts. This company NEVER bothered to check before sending this USED product to me. UNACCEPTABLE! No. I was not going to waste my valuable time returning this item to a company that I no longer trust. Who's to say if the next order will be better. Thanks for nothing. Moving on. Going back to Amazon.”

“I brought this for my personal use. I have a slew of business suits and shirts. I am always breaking my closet and wall rack because my doubts weigh a ton. I decided one day while shopping for more clothes to get a store rack and place in a 2nd bedroom.”

“These racks are perfect for retail. They go high enough to keep formal gowns off of the floor (with wheels) and we always use the locking casters with them. Just be careful not to over load one side as they will tip over.”
