“Great price for this item. Only problem I have with it is that you can't fill it with hats that are unstructured or smaller or they slide right off. For the price, I will keep them as they are the right size I need for the retail space but I will need to place string or zip ties on the front of each opening to help prevent the sliding off when customers touch the hats to browse.”

“just opened the box at the show site and found out only one silver metal stick inside the plastic bag, which is needed two pieces to put the two turning racks together to the pole. what a bummer! I finally got the Q tip to.substitute it”
