“The bar itself is very sturdy but was received with no bracket install hardware. I contacted customer service and they said they would send it to me right away and I would have it within 3 days. I didn't receive the hardware for over a week so was not able to get it installed until recently. Once installed, it works well.”

“I needed this for an extra room that didn't have a closet. It's perfect except the extra bar had no clamps to connect to the other, so it's of no use. I really needed the second bar.”

“The z racks aren't tall enough to have two layers of racks so this was pretty useless - I mean maybe if you're going to use them for storage but I planned on actually using them in store . They actually slid down too - I put about 20 pairs of jeans on the rack and it fell”

“Very quality, very heavy duty. Not easy to put together with one person, but definitely doable. Need strength to tighten joints or hang bar will slide. Item not tall enough for adult clothes with double bar.”
