“I purchased this rack because it is a space saver yet large enough to accommodate many pieces. I love this rack and would recommend it if your looking for something to save space yet hold a lot. “This item was delivered in a box that had been torn open with parts falling out of it. Even the interior box containing the base was ripped wide open. One of the support arms and hardware we're missing along with any instructions. I am mediately emailed the company and telephoned a service representative, Who assured me that the missing parts would be delivered within several business days. They were delivered four days later and no instructions were sent to me via email as promised. I had to go online for a video demonstration of how to assemble it. I hesitate to recommend your company.”
