Fast, efficient delivery, but the items come with NO instructions and after having to search online for assembly instructions I define out I am missing end caps to give the items a finished look and no kep nuts were included, which are extremely necessary to the finished product!”

“Very versatile. I am using it at the very bottom of the rack to store extra hangers. Can easily be moved to make it a double rack for shirts.”

“I have in the last 2 months ordered 3 or 4 Z-Racks. Each rack has come with 2 clamps to hold the top bar without the proper screw ridges inside of the clamps. You send 2 small screws that are unable to fit the clamps. You have sent almost 4 or 5 shipments to correct the situation and again NONE of them work. I have made numberous calls & still it has not been corrected. I have purchased about 9 racks and I am not satisfied with the product. No one seems to listen or care so this ends my relationship with your Z-Racks.”

“No problem with this item. It was pretty easy to install. Make sure you use the set screws and tighten up really well so it will not slide once you place objects on the bar.”

“In our Book Room at our school, we had books in plastic bins on shelves. We loved having them organized by reading levels. As books were added to our collection, books began to be piled upon other books, and it became an organizational nightmare. It was time consuming and difficult for teachers to find books they wanted to use with their students. We decided to overhaul the Book Room by hanging them on your Z Racks. It was a huge project, but worth the time and effort. The teachers are so excited and happy with how organized and easy it is to find what they are looking for. Thanks to your Z Racks, we have an amazingly beautiful New Book Room!”
