The table has to be assembled upside down. When we tried to turn it the table broke. I had to buy hardware pieces to screw tiers together and there are large chunks of particle board missing. Not what I expected for a $400 display.

looks great, great size for our use, but was slightly fragile if not careful assembling. cracked a board, then something fell on it and the wood peg holes are split and not as secure as original

I just received my table, I downloaded the instructions to put it together and it works perfectly to display products in my store.

The table itself looks great. It looks really nice in the space we have, however putting it together was a nightmare. The instructions were very frustrating because absolutely nothing is labeled. You will have panels that are just a couple centimeters longer or shorter and no way of knowing you have the wrong piece until you try to put it together. It's also incredibly heavy, so you will definitely need help, as they expect you to build it upside down (make sure you have a blanket to put it on while building otherwise it will be scratched). I wasn't very impressed with the quality, as the coating on the table would chip away as soon as the screws were installed. This leads me to believe that one accidental drop of a product will result in a poor surface finish. BE WARNED! The table does not come with a screwdriver small enough to fit in the top tier support, so you will need to find one that will actually work, otherwise you'll have a table whose top tier just falls off.

I had hoped to make this the centerpiece of my shop, but it literally fell apart during assembly. The instructions included in the box are jibbish. The instructions call for you to build an almost two hundred pound table upside down, then flip it over. Top tier ended up severely scratched. After the fact, I found much better more detailed plans on the website. It would be nice to have had that info during assembly. For the price, they might include an extra part or two. Dropped a.screw and of course there wasn't a spare to be found.

The first time I ordered one of the tiers was warped but I called and they immediately sent out a replacement. For me the assembly was very easy and everything lined up perfectly. It did take a little while due to the size of the unit but overall it went together without a hitch. I would recommend. It looks great in my store and it looks very high end.

We bought this display for our store a few months ago. Putting it together was not easy as not all the wholes were pre-drilled like they should have been. The wood pieces for the base under each table layer didn't fit flush with each other for the top and bottom layers. We had gaps in the side lengths. On the bottom base box the two long pieces were about an inch wider than the short side pieces, so we will have to cut them down in order for everything to fit flush and sit evenly on the floor. We even double checked to make sure we didn't have the pieces mixed up but nothing else would have worked. The 3 tier square display we bought was easy to put together and had no issues with putting the product together.
