“I will admit, I purchased the rack over a year ago. I ordered extra expecting to need them at some point as post shutdown business picked up (and less shipping that way) and left it in the box in my back room with other styles of racks, also still boxed. Went to put it together today, no hardware; (this is not the first time). Me being a reasonable person, reached out to SSW for replacement hardware and offering to PURCHSE said hardware from the start. I know its over a year. I'm not expecting free replacement hardware (despite it being their fault) and was willing to pay for the parts. NOPE they wont do it. So they will gladly send out hardware within a year for free, but they wont let you pay for that same hardware. THEN I was informed that they way they send replacement hardware is to open the same item and remove the hardware from that box to send it out.... You want to take bets that a number of those boxes slip through the cracks and get sent out to purchasers? Because we all know they aren't THROWING OUT full racks for lack of hardware. I have a number of these racks, and they are good quality. But even something of good quality is useless if it doesn't have all the parts included in the box, and then they wont let you buy them.”
