Greeting cards are always a great impulse purchase. Make sure your customers see yours with our 12 Pocket Countertop Greeting Card Rack. The rack displays an ample amount of merchandise while taking up minimal space on the countertop. The rack features 3 tiers with 4 pockets on each tier. The pockets measure 5”W x 7”H x 1 5/8”. Each tier rotates independently. The base of the unit is 12” diameter. Additional features include a round signholder that sits on top of the unit.

“I read great reviews but....received the rack and was missing a cotter pin. No problem - emailed company with details and picture. Response was...we need more information, etc. Short story is that it would have cost the company less than $1 to just send me the cotter pin. Instead, I'm spending all this time going back and forth. Call this time and was helped by a very nice customer service rep. She looked up my order....told me that a whole new rack was sent the day before. Crazy, no one told me and I just wanted a cotter pin. What a hassle and so unnecessary. Company should spend more time on customer service and not waste money sending out new units. Product is what I wanted but hassle is not.”

“I'm a person that never writes reviews, but this one deserves it. My original order arrived with some damage, but didn't know it until the packaging had already gone to recycling. When I emailed them a picture of the damage, not did I get a quick response, but they sent a replacement overnight AND didn't expect me to find packaging and spend the time to repackage and go to the post office and return the damaged item. I was expecting a big hassle and had no hassle whatsoever. What a relief! Thank you!”

“love it. easy to assemble, looks professional, spins freely, takes up little counter space. exactly what I need for much less than elsewhere, and I did alot of shopping for this thing. I'm happy!”

“I called and they answered the phone--how likely is that these days? I called again, and Tom answered again; and very pleasant and knowledgeable. The product shipped the next day for a few extra dollars--I was very pleased. I called to check on another product; and once again they answered the phone...lol! If I need anything they sell, I will contact them first. A great company--customer service comes first; always, and they are #1!”
