“One of the T bars arrived bent. They shipped another in about two days. The top caps don't fit, but Mercedes spent about a half hour on the phone with me trying to help. Assembly was super easy, and that steel is SOLID. Thanks!”

“The rack I received is exactly as shown and described on the page. It was well packaged. Super quick shipping! Assembly was easy. It is easy to move around once assembled (had no problem moving it-loaded-over black top and concrete). It holds quite a bit of merchandise. The two bars on the bottom come in handy for extra storage. OK-the only thing I do not like is where the upper and lower sides 'connect'-it is wobbly. I can move the top around a lot. It made me question the stability when I went to move it but no problems yet.”

“I like the rack, I also bought the matching double rack. The welding on this one was off though. I have requested a replacement piece which has not come in yet. Once it does, the piece should work fine.”
