“Product arrived with a torn apart carton that was wide open held loosely by packing tape. Product was exposed barely hanging in the carton. Heavy paint chipping throughout. Price and speed of delivery five stars.”

“Received my items damaged . Returned items to store supply to which they said they’d ship me new items. I received the same damaged items back in the damaged box that had just been taped up. Very poor service and not happy”

“This company is amazing and saved my last minute small business event. The rack arrived on time but the box was damaged and opened, missing one piece. They sent an entire new rack so I would be able to have it in time for my event. It arrived just in time! Great customer service!!! Great quality!”

“The package came severely damaged. It was missing the hardware; there was no instruction sheet. I really needed it for an upcoming show and tried to use personal hardware. It wasn't coming together correctly, which makes me believe it was missing some parts. so I wasn't able to use it, to give a righteous review”

“Purchase 4 way racks... very happy with quality and speed of delivery. Oh about delivery. The boxes need to be beefed up...they were crushed on the corners and torn by the banding. Surprised, no lucky racks were not damaged in transit.”
